Visit Health's primary revenue product, letting members get dental care without paying upfront. I led it end to end: appointment booking, wallet deduction, payments, OTP verification and partner integrations across patients, doctors, clinics and ops.

    Sole owner of the Cashless Dental module, Visit Health's primary revenue product, plus partner integrations and ops tooling on a health-benefits platform.

    • Led end-to-end development of Cashless Dental (booking, wallet deduction, payments, OTP verification and partner integrations), processing 25K+ bookings a month
    • Cut support tickets by 50% with proactive prescription approval and rejection notifications
    • Built React booking, wallet and OTP screens that cut booking time by 40% and OTP drop-off by 50%
    • Built a multi-channel comms dashboard (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push) that cut ops’ manual status checks by 80%
    • Integrated FitPass APIs (10,000+ monthly bookings) and Aditya Birla Health Insurance APIs, reducing manual ops overhead by 70%
    • Architected a doctor-patient call management system that cut missed follow-ups by 80%

    Built a Slack-inspired real-time messaging platform from scratch as a greenfield project, across a Node.js backend and React and React Native clients.

    • Built the Node.js, Socket.io and MongoDB backend for direct, group and channel messaging across 5,000+ users
    • Designed MongoDB schemas handling 50,000+ messages a day across 500+ concurrent channels with read/unread tracking
    • Shipped typing indicators and online presence over WebSockets for 2,500+ concurrent connections
    • Built role-based channel permissions (Admin, Maintainer, Member), polls, pinned channels and Google Meet calls
    • Built React web and React Native mobile clients with cross-platform sync for message history and notifications
